Pinoy Idol Audition Episode in Mindanao

I just watched the pilot episode, the launch for the First Pinoy Idol. Featured was the audition in SM Cagayan de Oro City and Davao. I don’t know about you but I didn’t find any Pinoy Idol potential Top 24 finalists. Maybe Raymel Jose Fernandez or Darling. You know how it is in American Idol, I got used to seeking a voice that is totally unique. It was quite a disappointing first episode.

Pinoy Idol Judges

The judges for the Pinoy Idol are talent manager Wyngard Tracy, singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid, and singer-actress Jolina Magdangal. This was announced by Wilma Galvante, a top GMA 7 executive. Wilma explained that the primary consideration is credibility. The judges were approved by franchise holder Fremantle Media. </p> <p>The new host is Raymond Gutierrez.
