ogie and wyngard, for me this is acceptable but Jolina and Raymond??? Why they dont consider Mo Twister as the host? I think he is th perfect match of Ryan Seacrest. As for Jolina, was she able to gain platinum awards with her albums, i dont think so. I susgest, Regine V can match Paula. You can also have Joey De Leon to be a part of the judges.

@agatha- I am also disappointed. Though Raymond is a good host in showbiz, I wonder if he has the wit of Ryan Agoncillo. Mo Twister would have been ideal too. In fact, Mo Twister would have been an ideal judge because he is frank. But then again, his brutal frankness is not acceptable by most Filipinos…He is like Simon Cowell.

na-schocked din ako when i heared dat jolina was one of the judges… BUT, for everyone’s info, she’s been trained by no less than MR RYAN CAYABYAB cmula nung nagstart xa sa showbiz. in d industry (for the artists), its not the awards that counts most, but the TRAINING. un nlng mgbboost sa ego mo. plus factor nlng kung nag platinum mga album m. hear jolina’s voice, hindi xa biritera, pero malinis kumanta. all in the right tune. (btw, ryan cayabyab is not biritero db? even simon, randy or paula.. ryt??) let’s give her a chance.. dats it. peace out…

Jolina is a multi-platinum artist… Yes she’s not a biritera(though she can hit high notes) but she can be considered as a good singer. Being an entertainer herself, Im sure she will do a great job as one of the judges of Pinoy Idol.

why jolina? she doesn’t have the factor that can be of the two Judges.

Paula Abdul can’t sing that well too, so Jolens is just fine I also wanted Mo twister to be our Ryan Seacrest. Raymond is too “clean” and safe.
