Is it a 3day audition? If I can’t make it on thursday, can i still join on Saturday?

Hi poh sa lahat ng mga aspiring PINOY IDOL… i really don’t know if it was a 3 days audition but what I know is that it will be on this coming Thursday, Feb. 21, 2008 at exactly 10 a.m. Every one is invited basta 16 to 28 years old no matter if you are from a band or just a beginner what matter is you have the guts to compete with other and prove to the judge that you can make it…

those people who don the pre scan, I guess they are not just a staff. They maybe have a knowledge on what to choose and who to give the chance on facing the judges.. hehe.. Anyway, i just forgot the lyrics when I auditioned and I saw to the woman’s face who pre scanned me that she is interested, unfortunately, I forgot the lyrics.. Wahahaha! Anyway, magtry ulit6 ako sa pampanga.. Sayang eh.. Anyone who knows if we could still try even if I was rejected at the SMX audition? Thanks!

mine?wla eh.final selection n kc nung sat but i still attended the final judgement so i was able to see them all. pero di ko n hinintay mtpos kc 1pm n sya ngstart e 9 p ako andun.kunyari lng may sinuportahan ako kya ako nakapasok.pero nung una, pinapasok nla khit ung mga d p nascreen, but it seems wla n tlgng pagasa mascreen p un gmga bago n tulad ko, kya nagsialisan n lng sla.ako kunyari suporter ako ni benjamin alampayan, sya ung taga sorsogon n gustong gusto ng staff ang story kya sya lgi kinukunan ng camera. (Let’s say d sya gno magaling but his story of life made him as one in the final judging).ewan ko lng kung psok sya as finalist ng Manila audition. So for you guys, dapat Thursday p lang nsa venue n kyo. Accdg to them pa, pinabalik lng nung Friday ung mga nakapgonline regster.

More importantly, story is wt gma look for. To you Bimbo, pwede p mgaudition kahit saan accdg to the video of the judges in Showbiz Central.

D nmn msyado kglingan din pero story really matters. Si Benjamin din dhilan bkit ako nkpsok and ngkalakas ng loob kng bt ako pmasok nga.

When i was inside the hall, some of the hopefulls n andun is pinabalik lng daw ng staff that time and day. Kasi nung Thursday p sila nkpila and ngregster lng sla den pinabalik nga sla that day. So nung tnungin nla if wer ung screeniung, snbhan sya n wla n daw,S calrk nlng daw mgpnta. Inefficiency din yan pra s GMA. Sna maayos nla ang audition. Sna mgya nga nla ung s ABC n npkaprocedural.

Theres no part on the application form where you could tell your story. I guess they are already pre-chosen by GMA. We’re not sure yet if they’re story are real or it was just the staff who told them to invent a story. Thats showbiz and we cannot tell whats real and hoax.. Haayy.. Anyway, ill keep you posted guys if i’ll go to clark so that I could share my story..

I got your point Kris.. Haha! You know what? I even got what you need to improve… Your temper and your attitude. If you have a good life, career, and professional (according to your description), you would not be a bitter. Kahit sa maerican Idol, may pre-casting sila. In order to make the show sucessful, hindi pwedeng kung anu yung nakikita mo sa TV, e yun na din ang mangyayari behind the camera. You should know that kasi on your video, It seems that you’re part of the entertainment world. Those people who pre-casts you, you don’t know them. So you didn’t know as well why they’re on that task. And they don’t even know you as well. One more thing Kris, Ogie is not a perfect singer or a the god of singing voices para mithiin mong sa kanya marinig ang mga dapat mong i-improve. He’s not even alone. Mas maraming mas magaaling na na hindi lang singer or writer, certified singing voice coach talaga.. And I could tell you now, as i’ve watched your video, your not as good as you think yourself.. Duhh!!

Well, I just realized that if these people na sasalang as first batch finalist of the said contest, I’m sure next year, may slot na tayo dun. Kasi even me having my own network, I’ll make sure that i’ll make my show as the talk of the town and successful.

Sa requirements pala, the most important are:

Xerox copy of ID (front and back)
Xerox copy of Birth Certificate
1 whole body picture
Application form
Parent’s consent (for 16-17yo)

Try natin ulit sa SM Clark.. Ako I’ll be doing it again, matanggap or not as an experience. Dami mo din matutunan kahit di ka humarap sa 3 official judges.

nah i think gma did well in making some star shine, but in this competition, i guess they are not very organized.. kasi dapat ininclude nila sa requirements and “YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN INTERESTING LIFE” AND EXPLAINS THAT TO HAVE A HIGH RATINGS FOR THIS SHOW.. hindi naman siguro pagiging slow, pero i think if u have an advertisement about a singing contest, it doesnt have anything to do with ur life story! come to think of it BIMBO! singing contest is about ur talent in singing not about ur autobiography! so people who will see ur ad will expect just being good in singing is enough. not to have an interesting life to be an additional requirement.
try to watch the judges interview in showbiz central Mr. Ogie Alcasid says “we are not looking for a book we are looking for a great singer out there to represent our country around the world” so it means autobiography is not very important.. right?

it is! because I myself witnessed it. I have encounter some of them (not really good in singing but they have a very interesting story - as if cinderella). The Writer (i guess she is the writer) told the cameraman to keep his camera to this person all the way. So I was beside this person that’s why I knew what was happening. There is also alot of interviews with this person which is to be featured on the shows premier. I just don’t know if he made it all the way to the final selection for Manila area.

if the online registration is finished will i be able to register on the auditions tom or do i have to register first online? nalilito na ako… Arghhh.. Please be kind enough to help. Nga pala, importante ba ung mga back up back up? Will you not be noticed even if you have the talent?

Hinding hindi mo alam ang mga pangyayari sa MEdia, Showbiz, Advertizing… Walang wala kang alam kasi isang hamak na entertainer ka lang. I’ve been with the ad agancy for three years and even got a friends in media (Big network including the home of pinoy idol). Kaya wag ka magmarunong at kung ano anong walang sense at pagpapanggap na maraming alam sa nangyayari sa paligid mo ang lumalabas sa bibig mo. Ilang beses na ko nakasama dati sa kaibigan ko nung nag-papa-audition sila ng little big star ( mga panahon nila sam concepcion and the other girl na nainvite ni Ellen sa show nya sa US). At talagang makikita mo ang tunay na showbiz, sa mga bata pa lang yun. Ikaw, na wala namang ganda, hindi interesting ang personality, hindi ganung kagalin g ang boses, hinding hindi ka talaga makukuha… Naging bitter ka pa. You better watch your mouth Ms. Blmae-it-on-the-world, coz I don’t take that tone from no second rate entertainer. Ok? Thanks!

hey… i audition sa mall of asia last feb 21 and hahah sobrang hirap… im like standing there for like 8 hours with out eating… and the 9 pm that we passed all of our requirements.. then we’re told to come back the day after 9am, and then we fell in line for like another 8 hours.. then i passed the first screening..

wqe did interviews and screening and told us to go back the next day again…

then the day came… wearing the same outfit…
we faced the judges… ogie alcasid.. yda henares.. and wyngard tracy…

all by myself without my family and friends… i went there all alone..

im the 10th a magaaudition.. hehehehe..

i passed and got three yes’…
